Work Package 9

Work Package 9: Development of IDSS for Evidence-based Policy-making

Leading partner: University of Nottingham (School of Computer Sciences), England, United Kingdom

Building on work undertaking in Working Package 8, the Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS) will be constructed within Work Package 9. The objectives of this Work Package are:

  • To build the IDSS based on the case bases established in WP8, and conduct training on the system to validate and revise the similarity models based on the established knowledge representation and reasoning.
  • To facilitate effective decision support for policy making and build in intelligent adaptation in the IDSS based on feedback from different stakeholders.
  • To facilitate the learning of IDSS by interactively updating the knowledge base and new attributes in the contexts of different participating countries and during different stage of the policy making
